An Up Adventure!

Happy last day of January everyone! This month for our family Disneybounding activity, we watched Up!

One thing I love about Texas, is that it gets cold…but not New York cold! So while it is not Hawaii or California, we were able to enjoy camping, in basically a completely empty park!

Up is one of our absolute favorite movies of all time. And so Maddie had a great time coming up with some Disneybounding ideas! Some of them might be more spring-time, but I’m already over winter!

We went out to Fort Richardson State Park! It’s recently become one of our favorite spots and has great trees for hanging. The trails are not super long, but I think it’s perfect size for someone as small as Rea! A great place to get introduced to camping!

But the true gem of this place is the historical buildings on site! Built in the 1800’s, this fort used to be a key site for the military!
