Workout Wednesday 3.28.18

It’s the end of the month and it’s time for results!  

Last month I was pretty down on myself. I longed for the time when I could run like I used to and was determined to get back to that. Here were my results from last month: 

Last time I measured (2.27.18) 

  • Bicep (R) - 12.75 in
  • Thigh (R) - 21.0 in
  • Neck - 14.0 in
  • Chest - 46.0 in
  • Hip - 40.5 in
  • Waist - 37.0 in
  • Weight - 191.2 lbs
  • Body Fat - 36.9 %

So let’s take a look at March (3.27.18) :

  • Bicep (R) - 12.75 in (+/- 0)
  • Thigh (R) - 21.0 in (+/- 0)
  • Neck - 14.0 in (+/- 0)
  • Chest - 45.0 in (-1.0 in)
  • Hip - 40.0 in (-0.5 in)
  • Waist - 37.0 in (+/- 0)
  • Weight - 189.6 lbs (- 1.6 lbs)
  • Body Fat - 36.5 % (- 0.3%)

So, while I did lose inches and weight, I’m not overly proud of my accomplishments. And I KNOW the biggest culprit is food. I just do not have the drive to constantly count calories or not each chocolate. Jared is being a saint and has been picking out meals that are more protein and less carbs, but I could do better. And I plan to. As soon as my birthday cake is gone *wink wink.*

On the brighter side, my clothes are starting to fit better now. A dress Jared was struggling to get zipped up back in February was now easy enough for me to zip up myself last Sunday. It’s a little victory, but one I will take.
