Workout Wednesday 6.27.18

It’s the end of the month and it’s time for results!  

Last month I was pretty down on myself. I longed for the time when I could run like I used to and was determined to get back to that. Here were my results from last month: 

Last time I measured (3.27.18) 

  • Bicep (R) - 12.75 in 
  • Thigh (R) - 21.0 in
  • Neck - 14.0 in 
  • Chest - 45.0 in 
  • Hip - 40.0 in
  • Waist - 37.0 in
  • Weight - 189.6 lbs
  • Body Fat - 36.5 %

So let’s take a look at today (6.27.18) :

  • Bicep (R) - 13in (+ 0.25 in)
  • Thigh (R) - 21.0 in (+/- 0 in)
  • Neck - 14.0 in ((+/- 0 in)
  • Chest - 45.0 in (+/- 0 in)
  • Hip - 40.0 in (+/- 0 in)
  • Waist - 37.0 in (+/- 0 in)
  • Weight - 188.2 lbs (- 1.4 lbs)
  • Body Fat - 36.0 % (- 0.5%)

This three month result seems weird to me. I know I fit in my clothes better so I am surprised that my measurements didn't change. I'm also surprised that my measurements didn't change and my weight did, in the right direction too! Usually my weight stays the same and my measurements change. My hormones have been all over the place, so I am happy to see that I am losing body fat and getting leaner and stronger!
