This is basically a suspended tent for your hammocks. Jared and I love our tent, but never slept very well on our camping trips due to sleeping on the ground. Plus, our tent would flood during those lovely Texas spring rainstorms.
Enter the Christmas I bought Jared a hammock. He is so excited about it, he tells me about this fantastic company called Sierra Madre Research. And, they have an ingenious system that allows us to sleep well and stay dry.

Read MoreWe spent a wonderful three days in the amazing Yosemite National Park. We went up Snow Creek Falls, a 3,000 foot climb, made our way over to North Dome, then hiked back down by Yosemite Falls. There were incredible views and some of the best campsites we had ever had.
