This is basically a suspended tent for your hammocks. Jared and I love our tent, but never slept very well on our camping trips due to sleeping on the ground. Plus, our tent would flood during those lovely Texas spring rainstorms.

Enter the Christmas I bought Jared a hammock. He is so excited about it, he tells me about this fantastic company called Sierra Madre Research. And, they have an ingenious system that allows us to sleep well and stay dry.

We geocached for about an hour before our tour left, then took a van to a private beach. It was beautiful! We relaxed in the hammock and snorkeled on the incredible reef!
